Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of HISHIN XLite Plus made through xlite.com.my. Please read it together with our Terms and Conditions.

General Policy

As HISHIN XLite Plus is a health supplement product, order cancellations, returns, and refunds are generally not accepted once an order is placed. We encourage you to review your order carefully before checkout.

Exceptions

Exceptions may be made strictly under special circumstances, namely:

• Logistics errors (e.g. wrong item shipped);
• Product defects or items damaged in transit; or
• Verified loss during delivery.

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, together with your order number and clear supporting photos or evidence.

Replacement or Reshipment

For approved cases, our standard resolution is a replacement or reshipment of the affected item. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal reasons under any circumstances.

Products returned due to damage must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging intact. Original receipts / proof of purchase are required for any claim — claims without proof of purchase will not be entertained.

When Refunds Apply

Refunds are issued only in these situations:

• Pricing errors: if an order is cancelled by us due to a pricing or product error after payment, we will issue a full refund within seven (7) working days.
• Verified loss or damage: where a replacement is not possible, we will arrange a refund within fourteen (14) working days of verification.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. The time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
